We were sitting quitely in the office working when I got a sudden urge to go to the movies. Monaco wasn’t showing anything interesting so I looked up what was being showed in Nice and found a movie I was sure James would like to see, The Ides of March, a movie about politics with a title making reference to a play by Shakespeare. Just as I expected James was all in and five minutes later we were on our way to the cinema in Nice :D
From Shakespeare’s play Julius Caesar which is based on Plutarch’s Life of Julius Caesar:
Caesar:
Who is it in the press that calls on me?
I hear a tongue shriller than all the music
Cry “Caesar!” Speak, Caesar is turn’d to hear.
Soothsayer:
Beware the ides of March.
Caesar:
What man is that?
Brutus:
A soothsayer bids you beware the ides of March.
The importance of the ides of March for Caesar is that it is the day he will be assassinated by a group of conspirators, including Brutus and Cassius. Despite numerous and improbable portents—the soothsayer’s warning, some fearsome thundering, his wife’s dreams of his murder, and so on—Caesar ventures forth on the ides to meet his doom.

After the movie we went for a romantic dinner at La Petite Maison. I had fish soup and James had sole meuniere. Delicious! After the dinner we wandered around in the park for a little while before we returned to Monaco.

I love the honey comb pattern on this and the fact that the whole dress is covered in beads makes me want it even more!! I love how the edge on both the bottom and sleeves are following the pattern, and the stunning v on the back. Absolutely fabulous! I found it

Mind Blowing. I found it
