HAIR INSPIRATION Hair Inspiration

In March 2011 I had my last dye/bleach treatment, and decided to let my own hair colour grow hoping to create some kind of a natural looking blonde ombre. To my big surprise my hair has turned out to be much lighter than I thought so there’s not as much ombre going on as I was hoping for. I guess this is a good thing in the end as I am delighted to know that I don’t have to bleach my hair after all. Can’t believe I even started…

Anyway, the cut I am sporting at the moment needs to go. It is so boring and I puke of the sight of it in the morning. Not to mention the super dry ends from salt water and sun. I have been traumatized from visits to hair dressers in the past so I am hesitant on going, but I accept the fact that it needs to happen now.. So I’m thinking layers, long and whispy bangs, volume and lots of natural texture. I’m booking my appointment today. #scared

To have pictures to show the hair dresser makes me feel better as there will be less room for misunderstandings, and these are the ones I will be showing (after several intense moisture treatments to trick the hair dresser into thinking he doesn’t have to chop off as much of the ends as he might have done otherwise…..).

Are you planning on getting a new and fresh hair style for this autumn?

I just love the inspo pictures; they all have such beautiful hair! Your hair is lovely too, but I guess a little change is nice now and then. Good luck at the hair dresser! I always get nervous there too….

I have actually just considered getting a dip dye! But then again, a lot of people think my hair already is dip dyed for some reason. I have lighter ends even though I haven’t bleached my hair since I was 14, haha. xx

I am stuck with the bleach and dye since 5 years back unfortunately, but I cannot change as I love my white hair! I know the struggle with finding a good hairdresser, it’s a whole mission. Good luck!

JA! What to do?
Kunne veldig gjerne tenkt meg en god krølltang. Har du noen tips? :)

Takk for tips!

Oh a new or different hair stylist is always scary! I do love the inspiration pics as it’s very similar to what I am thinking of doing for fall as well, but just a bit shorter. Good luck!

Love the outfit from yesterday, and wishing James safe travels (at least now you have a cute little furry baby to keep you company! I love that he found his way into yesterday’s pictures as well.)! Your hair looks fantastic as is, but change is always fun. I recently grew my bangs out (well, that’s still in process since it takes time), but am now not allowed to cut/change my hair until the end of January unless asked to get a specific style due to casting in a show. I think layers/bangs would look great for you! I really like the bottom right picture, and if you kept enough of your length with the layers, you could still use the extensions without problems if you feel like having it long again :)

I can’t wait to see your new hair, I’ m sure you’ll look amazing. I always look up for a good hairdresser but it’s so difficult, at which one do you go? Kiss

Your hair is beautiful but I understand the desire for a change! Getting my haircut gives anxiety so I always put it off as long as possible. I really want to cut it all off, but I’m not that brave yet. Good luck!

Ahh, so excited to see the end product! Crossing my fingers that they don’t chop it all off. I love your hair naturally (and understand your fear of it being cut too short, as I have been growing mine out for almost two years now.) These styles will look gorgeous on your locks!

Good luck at the hairdressers! I totally understand your anxiety with them, I avoid them at all costs until absolutely necessary, which is unfortunately every month when you are highlighting lol
