Hi reader! I hope you’re having a wonderful, tranquil and lazy Saturday. That’s what I am having which is much needed after running around the last few days. I have a step counter on my phone and this week I have walked over 60 000 steps so far, not counting workouts, though my iphone mistakes my walking for being running. Hilarious. Anyway, I’ve spent the morning doing what I love most when clearing my mind.. lying in bed with a cup of tea in my hand trawling online shops for pretty things I wish I had in my wardrobe. Black pretty things. Who doesn’t love that?
I’ve been lusting for those Fendi bag monsters ever since they came out and even nearly bought one in Harrods in spring, but I just can’t justify the hefty price tag. This little pom-pom however.. yes, yes, yes! The Céline rip-off blouse also comes with a very welcome price-tag. Save some and splurge some, right? That Chanel is definitely worth some splurging. Desperately want. NEED even.
Despite 12 cm Louboutin’s and Alaïa’s being my favourites, autumn and winter shoes are probably my most worn shoes. I simply really enjoy to walk to get from A to B rather than grabbing a taxi or cramming into the tube, and by walking I mean unglamorous sprinting. I’m that stressed woman you see on the street ungraciously lunging out with arms waving forcefully as I go. It’s so bad that any attempt of pinning up the hair ends up falling down 5 minutes in. I’m not even always out of time, though regrettably I have to admit I tend to run late, but I really enjoy walking fast as I feel I get to sneak in a little extra cardio as I just love the rush in my body. Naturally, pumps aren’t the shoes for this, nor for walks in the park. Boots on the other hand are, so when I discovered Asos was offering 25% off of the entire new autumn collection I knew I had to secure some new shoes to walk in and thought perhaps someone else out there also needed new shoes?
Hi everyone! How are you? I’m doing just swell here in London! As you probably know it’s London Fashion Week, and I’m greatly enjoying catching glimpses of very well dressed people taking mental notes of what they are wearing. Is there any better inspiration than streetstyle? I think not. I’ve been loving looking through blogs and Pinterest now that fashion week is on. Some of my favourite looks have been very girly skirts paired with oversized shirts and oversized jumpers, and fabulous shoes. I’ve also seen some smartly suited women with oversized coats casually thrown over their shoulders. Particularly beige coats – I’m sure you’ve seen them, because they’re everywhere! And high necks, gimme some of those!
I had a dive into my wardrobe and discovered very few jumpers and high necks. The fashion Gods are with me because fortunately I discovered a sale of 25% off tops and jumpers online so I thought I’d share my favourites with you. With autumn and winter bringing colder days we can all need some jumpers – and what’s better than grabbing some on sale, right? By clicking on the images below you will be taken to Pinterest, and if you click on the photo again in Pinterest you will be taken to the item where you can buy it.
And some coats, which are not on sale but too good not to include:
On a side note I’m also working on a site of which I’m planning on selling items from my wardrobe, so if you’re interested please check back soon because I will launch it in a jiffy! It will be complete with paypal and everything, very easy!
I hope you’re having a wonderful week!! Lots of love! X

I’ve spent the last few days unpacking and getting settled here in London. It feels so great to be back, I feel infused with new life! I think the Scandinavian culture is more similar to the British than the French, and as much as I enjoy Monaco I feel more at home in London. I love the British afternoon tea, their awkward sense of humour and their genuine polite way of being. I’m sure I will miss the sunshine at some point, but for now I’m in a tizzy over being back in London!

I’m so pleased with this leather skirt I found in the sales, I’m sure you’ll see plenty of it on the blog in the coming weeks, the styling possibilities of leather are endless! And I think I’m having a thing for messy hair at the moment! I’m really enjoying the ease of just tossing it together and heading out, and I love the effortless look of it!
Hope you’re having a great Monday! Let me know what you think of the look in the comment section! X
Last week I shared fun and game changing favourites from the sales, but what is a wardrobe without basics? Basics are what brings it all together, or, worn on their own, the epitome of “less is more”. Despite what your inner Carrie might have to say, basics are actually what we wear most. A polyester blouse has nothing on a silk blouse. Don’t get me started on leather and cashmere..

I hope you’ve had a great start to the new week and that the nefarious Monday has been kind to you.
Feeling a little under the weather this weekend I opted for very chilled attire and a messy bun when visiting one of my favourite places outside of Monaco, Villefranche. There is a little restaurant situated right by the waterfront that serves wonderful seafood with great views over Cap-Ferrat, called La Mere Germaine – it is a must if you’re in Villefranche. I find Villefranche such a beautiful and tranquil place, and the location of La Mere Germaine couldn’t be better for a long relaxing lunch of seafood and white wine after a stroll along the water.
These jeans are about 5 years old, and though some of the holes were intended, new holes and tears have appeared naturally over the years giving them that natural distressed look and soft feel. The “boyfriend jeans”-trend returns year after year and I’m certain it will continue to surface for years to come.
I like the legs to be casually rolled up, preferably asymmetrical, and as imperfect as can be. Looks just as good with flats as with heels, depending on the style you are going for.
I hear the weather is being tricky all over Europe. We had just finished our lunch when it started to rain.. In Norway we call that fortune in misfortune.

I’m thrilled to be reunited with the blog again as it has been immensely missed since I had to shut it down last summer. I can’t wait to get going again and I hope you will enjoy it too. I am so grateful for all the emails and notes you’ve written me – it means so much to me. Thank you!
With a lot on my plate the blog won’t be updated just as frequently this time around but I will strive to create a relaxing and inspirational blog to turn to for inspiration in all things fluffy. Fun times ahead! Most old posts are gone, but I will probably write much of the same as previously, but perhaps with a new spin. People change, and so have I and I’m sure you’ve changed too. Change is good!
During busy days I understand the need of ease of use and so I have replaced daunting text archives with photo galleries for tutorials, outfits and recipes to easily find what you are looking for when time is of the essence.
I have also dedicated a space for recently found favourites of both basics and exclusives, as well as vintage and beauty items among others. Naturally, this is my favourite place on the blog and I hope you will like it too.
I hope the blog will bring you inspiration and brighten your day, and I look forward to seeing you around.
PS! Don’t forget to follow me for updates on new posts! I recommend Bloglovin for those of you who follow many blogs or are looking to find some new ones, or you can sign up to email updates below to get an email when there is a new post on the blog.
