Asos favourites

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I spent the day shopping with a friend and I’ve found so many wonderful new treasures hidden away, places you would never find unless you knew about them! Once I feel I’ve gotten a good overview of it all I will write a London shopping guide in the addition to the London guide I’ve already written. One of the things I love the most with living in London is how convenient everything is, and if I were to order something online it can be delivered the same day!! Like from Asos, but Asos also delivers worldwide so I thought I could share some of my favourites from the new collection:

clothes1 Asos favourites

Trench coat – here // Coated skinny jeans – here // Dipped hem top - here

clothes2 Asos favourites

Leather dress – here // Pink and gold statement necklace – here // Boyfriend jeans – here

clothes3 Asos favourites

White contrast leather dress – here // Navy prep dress – here // white peplum dress - here

Now I’m planning on walking Linus for 30 minutes and then I’m off breaking my Bikram Yoga virginity. I’ve heard many things about this style of yoga and I’m very excited! I will tell you all about it later ;)

Anyone else tried Bikram Yoga?

Ah…I remember that day… *Sighs wistfully* You’re gonna love it! Well actually, you may hate the first class or two BUT I promise if you give it a proper chance, you’ll be hooked. It’s always good to check out a few different studios and do classes with different teachers at first too – because, trust me, teaching styles differ and some will be a better fit than others. As you can probably tell, I’m a big fan of Bikram. Enjoy! :-)

Ohh, I love that white and leather dress at the bottom! So pretty. And I’ve been looking for some boyfriend jeans. Do you own any? Or have a favorite?
Hope you have fun at Bikram yoga! I’ve always wanted to try it.
xx

I love boyfriend jeans, I think they look great with a pair of killer heels and a lose t-shirt :) I have a pair from a Swedish brand from years back, I view it as a wardrobe staple :) xx

That’s great! Being a certified Yoga teacher, I advice ANY form of Yoga….even simple (regular) Pranayama! During my course I had spent time in Bikram Yoga, but have not had the chance to go for it since then! Enjoy your sessions!

Hmmm, Bikram Yoga is intense as it is, but If anything, I would say that correct breathing makes all the difference :) a very small thing that could easily be missed, but the impact is HUGE! If you want to try something at home, try doing the Suryanamaskar (Sun salutation) sequence, and target at increasing the reps up to 25 reps in due course. I LOVE this sequence as it’s a TLC for a number of your body parts and different organs.

I agree with you Celina, the best part comes when you see progress in what you are doing! I still remember how over-the-moon I was when my bum finally touched the ground in Supta-Virasana :) Enjoy your next sessions!

Bikram is the best! You will feel so refreshed after you sweat your heart out during a Bikram class :) I also like how it is entirely just a sequence of 26 poses so you have some idea as to how far along you are in the class.

Ah yay! I hope you like it! When I started Bikram yoga, a friend of mine told me to stick out at least 2 or 3 classes and then decide whether or not I wanted to quit or continue, I have to tell you that was such good advice! I never wanted to go back after the first class, but by the time I made it through the third I LOVED it!
