I am putting together a Christmas season dress guide which will be up soon, but first I just had to share this dress with you. How gorgeous is this dress?? And so spot on perfect for Christmas and New Years!! Glittery sequins, sexy low back, no distasteful cleavage during dinner, hot split, long arms… sigh, it has it all!! Whoa that is so funny! I was told I was a Libra as a child, but when I got older I looked into it and apparently the time of birth is just over in Scorpio. However, I feel I’m more of a mix of the two, and I like to think I have the best of both hahaha ;) How about you?

Hopefully the dress guide will be up soon, I keep finding more and more dresses that I like, so I reckon it will be a rather big dress guide :D My camera with the great lenses are still being repaired, they said it would be about 3-4 weeks, so hopefully I’ll have it by the end of the month and in time for some makeup tutorials before the big Christmas season hits.

The dress just arrived in the mail and I was so disappointed :( It looks lush and gorgeous in the photo but the fabric is only partially lined around the bodice with cheap lining, and itchy and cheap everywhere else. The size I ordered was way too large for me (I though on Asos it looked a little tight so I ordered up a size) but even if I were to drop a couple sizes, I’m afraid it just wasn’t what I bargained for. When I tried it on and took it off, my carpet was covered in little sequins that fell off. Overall the quality was very poor. However I’m not sorry at all that I bought it and I’m happy to say your blog is opening up my horizons, and I’m always happy to try something new :).
This is the first time I ordered something from Asos – hopefully it was just a miss and most of the stuff is much better! Thoughts on Asos quality and fitting? Your advice would be much appreciated for a newbie internet shopper!

I know, it’s so gorgeous!! I’m spending Christmas and New Years in a very very hot place this year so I reckon it would be too warm, but I’m tempted to buy it anyway as it’s such a timeless and perfect dress for this time of the year.
The Givenchy bag was this years birthday present to myself, but it never arrived :( I’m feeling very upset with MyTheresa as they have been everything but helpful in this case, and they don’t even respond to my emails. I’m tempted to write a post about this as I don’t want anyone else to be in the same situation as I am when there are so many great and professional online stores out there. It really annoys me as I saw it in London when I was there, but obviously I didn’t but it as I had ordred it online… argh!
I am soooo happy to hear that you found my reviews helpful though :D As you know I love both the Mason Pearson brush (have a mini one for Linus as well now hehe), and the Chanel lipsticks. I’ll have a dive into my favourites and see if there is something I haven’t mentioned yet. I would love to write a Christmas Cravings list as well, just scared some people will take it the wrong way :/ … but screw ‘em, of course Christmas calls for wish lists!! :D

Åh, ikke sant – full pakke i én :D BH-løsning kan være tricky, men nå er det jo kommet så mange fine produkter på markedet. Det finnes bh-er uten rygg (bare kopper som klistres på), gode gamle teipen, og bh-er spesielt laget for lav rygg. Lukter jeg et bh-krise innlegg kanskje? ;)

Congratulations with a new Hervé Léger dress!! For me the bandage does all the work (a little bit dependant on how the bandages are placed in that area) so there really is no need for a bra, got to love the material!! I bet you’ll look absolutely smashing in it!! :D

I am quite afraid that this size will be too small for me (XXS) as I always wear XS. I looked at the measurements on the Herve Leger website though and I should be able to squeeze myself into it :D
I remember you said that one of your dresses is also in XXS. How is it? Is it possible to breeze in it? By the way, I have ordered the embellished dress as the one you have *____* and I can already see myself wearing it :D
I’m sure the XXS will be perfect, you have to go down a size, and there might be some fighting to get in, but that makes it better once it’s on ;) LOVE that dress, good choice!! You will have it forever, such a good investment! <3
