Good evening beautiful!
Here is as promised a little sneak peek into my home. I’m sorry it took such a long time, I’m not used to taking these kind of photos – but it was a lot of fun! Bare in mind that we’re still not finished decorating. We still need art (haven’t even hung up the two we’ve got yet), plants and flowers and carpets, and we’re also awaiting a delivery from the US (which is finally shipped and will be with us in just a few weeks!! :))
Dressing room:
I also store all my makeup in this room, you can see how I store it in this post.
Needless to say, this is my favourite room. James and I have separate dressing rooms, so his dressing room is in the end of the hallway, but I won’t be taking you there today. Turning towards the other side of the hallway and crossing through the entrance hallway we find the dining room/lounge.
The black chair is being swapped for a cute and cozy one in the same beige colour as the ceiling light. We’re also looking to swap the dining chairs, but haven’t found any we like yet.
Please ignore the very empty walls… :) I’m picturing a huge art piece just above the sofa, and as for the other side I’ve planned to put a huge 5-foot wall clock we’ve got coming from New York. SO pretty!!
This cute little thing I found in Dubai, perfect for storing bottles of yummy red wine ;)
The tv is going onto the wall unit, we’re just waiting for the right arm thingy to hook it up to. The coffee table we’ve decided to put a glass top on instead as we feel it might be a bit too heavy with this tree table top, what do you think? I can’t wait for all the decorations and furniture to arrive from New York!! Will be so much fun to show you before and after pictures!! :D
I’ll show you the rest of the flat another time. Need to get some sleep before my family arrives tomorrow, sooo excited!! My mum has been here before, but my aunt has never been so I’m taking them all on some sightseeing and of course I will bring the camera as well so you can expect a lot of sightseeing photos this weekend.

Your apartment is STUNNING oh my goodness! I love that it’s mostly modern but those few more rustic pieces give it flavour. So pretty <3 And obviously your dressing room speaks to my very soul! That is what my closet aspires to be haha xx

Beautiful house! I recently moved out on my own and I’m still trying to figure it out, and I know how you feel about waiting on something and unfinished walls! It’s taking a while but it’s finally get there..
The wine container you have is very neat! I might take that idea and build something of my own! :)
Thank you, darling. Yes, it is so frustrating seeing unfinished everywhere. We’re even waiting on parts for the kitchen and the bathroom, I’m going mad! Let me know how it goes if you decide to build it, I’m very impressed! You should do a DIY blog :)
It’s so exciting about the sightseeing! Just out of curiosity, can you drink the tab water in Monaco? Or do you have to buy it bottled?

You can drink it, because they filter it. But I’m used to Norwegian water which tastes so differently, so I buy water instead :)

Love the apt. It so chic! I would keep the wood on the coffee table, glass would look to “staged.” The wood gives the room texture and sophistication. Of course, I adore your closet, I’m so jealous of your shoe collection. Have fun with your mom and aunt! Thanks for sharing!

Trebordet var utrolig lekkert forresten! Ønsker meg noe lignende selv, men finner aldri det perfekte!!

Tusen takk :) Vi flyttet inn i mars/april ifjor, og da byttet vi ut begge badene, gjestetoalettet, begge walk-ins’a og kjøkkenet så det tok en stund før vi fikk satt igang med å dekorere. Endelig begynner ting å falle på plass!! :)
Jeg har sett et fantastisk vakkert trebord med stålbein fra Andrew Martin… litt stiv pris, men det er rålekkert!
Å Celina, for et nydelig hjem dere har! Jeg elsker stilen din og har noenlunde samme tanke rundt interiør i min leilighet, med noen barnslige innslag pga barna. :)

Veldig pent! Skulle gjerne hatt garderoben din, men da hadde jeg også sett hvor lite klær jeg har :P Ang. bordet så skjønner jeg hva du mener, men hva med å ha glassplate oppå bordet? Da er det lettere å rengjøre samtidig som lys reflekteres slik at det ikke virker så massivt! :D Den passer jo veldig godt til vinkassen din, og vi vet jo alle hvor viktig det er at vinoppbevaringen matcher stuebordet :P

The whole idea of having a clean slate to work with and make it truly yours is amazing! How lucky you are! I love the lamp over your dining table and the beautiful coffe table (you must not replace the wood for glass, seriously, that would be a mistake). The dressing room is of course the jewel in the crown, who could ask for more….

Wow! Your apartment is just so incredibly amazingly beautiful! And your dressing rooms is every girls little dream :) You (and James?) have done a really good job decorating! :) I would keep the tree table top though, I think it looks nice and it’s also such a pain in the ass to keep glass tops clean and tidy, if you know what I mean :) LOve the red wine holder as well! :)
