Hello Celina, do you remember me? I wrote to you a comment about lookfantastic. So you was right! The pack today came. I open the pack and what I see instead Tangle Teezer (what I ordered) Kérastase shampoo what i dont ordered! I contact a customer service but i read reaally bad reviews about lookfantastic customer service. Have you experience too with claim order? Please if you know, help :(
Oh no, that is so typical! I’ve never received the wrong item, buy just explain what happend and your order number and I’m sure they will send the right item.

Haha, that is so adorable! I will continue posting lots of pictures so you can convince your bf! I had to convince James as well as he’s not really been a big fan of small dogs, but now he plays with him all the time and keeps saying he is so glad we got him and how he is the best dog in the world :)
He just agreed this evening, that if I will move in with him, he will get me a Pomeranian puppy. The pictures of Linus were definitely a help, so give that cute little guy a hug from me! ^_^
