Hi everyone! I hope you’ve had a great weekend!

I’ve spent the last few days unpacking and getting settled here in London. It feels so great to be back, I feel infused with new life! I think the Scandinavian culture is more similar to the British than the French, and as much as I enjoy Monaco I feel more at home in London. I love the British afternoon tea, their awkward sense of humour and their genuine polite way of being. I’m sure I will miss the sunshine at some point, but for now I’m in a tizzy over being back in London!

I’m wearing:

Top – Here
Skirt – Here (on sale!!)
Heels – Here
Bag – Marni (old) // similar here
Sunglasses – Céline // found here
Rose gold jewellery – Monica Vinader c/o Net-a-Porter
Bangle – Hermès // Black w/gold on sale here
Black ring – Bulgari // Same here

Watch – Cartier // Similar here

Slapped on my face:

Skin – This foundation
Eyes – This mascara // this eyeliner
Lips – This lipliner in “Subculture” // this lipstick in “Creme d’nude” (see a tutorial here)
Cheeks – This highlighter (Lightscapade) // this bronzer

I’m so pleased with this leather skirt I found in the sales, I’m sure you’ll see plenty of it on the blog in the coming weeks, the styling possibilities of leather are endless! And I think I’m having a thing for messy hair at the moment! I’m really enjoying the ease of just tossing it together and heading out, and I love the effortless look of it!

Hope you’re having a great Monday! Let me know what you think of the look in the comment section! X

Hi Celina! It’s so great to read your blog again!
It’s great to hear you’re happy in London, I also love british sense of humor, but I don’t think I could live in such a rainy and grey city (Paris is rainy enough for me haha). Also, I love the combo of leather and studs with the flowy tshirt and hair, you look great :)
    xx

Hi Valentina! Thank you for your kind words! The rain is most definitely a downside haha, but I feel like I can’t complain having had so many years of sunshine in Monaco. We’ll see in a few months ;) x

Celina you look fantastic! I’m really in love with this skirt, so now I need it in my life :D Please tell me what size did you buy? I’m not surprise that you’re excited to getting settled in London because that’s amazing city and I also fell in love with this atmosphere there. xx

Hi Olga! I got a size 8, but I recommend going one size down from what you’d normally take. If it wasn’t for the fact that I ripped off the tag in sheer excitement when unpacking the box I would’ve swapped it for a 6. X

Love the outfit! I totally understand how you feel about the culture. I really feel like there’s a smaller difference culturally between Norwegians and people from the UK, than between Norwegians and French people too. Enjoy yourself in London!
