Yesterday we planned on going shopping hard as prices are much better in France than in London, especially French brands, but we ended up just going to Chanel and then enjoying the nice weather instead. We’ll come back soon anyway :) I’m super happy about my purchase as I’ve actually looked everywhere in London with no luck.

It’s the Chanel espadrilles in black leather!! It’s really insane how fast they’ve sold out in London. Funny enough, Monaco seem to always have a great stock – it was the same thing about my nude coloured Céline luggage tote. The bag was just standing there waiting in the middle of the shop. People are still stopping me on the street asking me where I found it, even in Hermès the SA asked me. Chanel in Monaco have all three leather espadrilles in stock, but they don’t have all sizes. I was planning on getting a pair in nude/black as well, but they were sold out in my size. Speaking of, they run small in size so you need to take the next one up if you’re thinking of buying them online – I’ve seen some on Ebay ;)
They are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. The lambskin feels butter soft against skin. The SA in Chanel and I quickly decided they must be the best shoes to go shopping in and I can’t wait to try them out :D

Also, I was wondering which watch you would choose out of Rolex Lady Datejust (stainless steel) with white face,jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel, Rolex MidSize Datejust (stainless steel) with white face, oyster strap and smooth bezel or Cartier Small Ballon Bleu – my parents have asked me to choose a new watch for my birthday and this is what I’ve narrowed it down to!
It’s such a difficult decision, but just like your clothes packing decisions it is a luxury first world problem! :)

Oooo those look very comfortable for walking! Looks like Monaco will be your go-to shopping place since the prices are much better. I also loved the outfit you posted, and I’m glad you and James got some time to relax after all the travelling. I also thought I’d tell you that I finally got the courage to try Argan oil on my face (I’ve had it and used it for my hair since you recommended it a while ago, but was too afraid to put it on my face since I have oily skin). I was already broken out and decided that I couldn’t make it worse, and I’m so glad I tried it! My skin already looks a lot better. Thanks for the recommendation :) I hope you find the shoes in your size in the nude colour soon!
aaaah, I wish! They are so cute and tough at the same time :) If they appears to be as good in quality as in comfort I think the temptation might be too big!
The shoes are so cute except that I do not like that CC logo. :( Why, oh why, Chanel? Can’t you just make normal shoes without your logo? The same with your ballerinas. I so love your ballerinas, but your logo is the only reason I do not want to have your ballerinas. :( I so dislike logos on shoes, bags, clothes!
Anyway, such a great weather in Monaco! So beautiful! Enjoy every moment!

Har sett at de er kommet i skinn i år. Kjøpte et par i jeansstoff / jeansfarge fra USA i fjor og elsker dem, men spørs hvor lenge de holder i stoff. Hvilke farger hadde de i skinn der du var? Har sett dem i lys gul m beige trimmings på bilder?

Unfortunately I am not a huge fan of Chanel´s logo on shoes. I think those shoes would be much prettier if they were just plain black :( Anyways, I am looking forward to see how you are going to wear it. You always know how to style things :)
By the way, I would really like to buy a nude coloured Céline luggage tote, similar to the one you own. It was my dream for years now! How do you think, is it still possible to get it somewhere? Isn´t it from a permanent collection? I´ve been asking in several stores about that bag, but unfortunately they didn´t have it :( If you see it somewhere, could you let me know? Lurte på en ting… du skrev tidligere i London posten din at Hakkasan er en av dine favoritter…. JEg har selv vært der og elsker stedet! Fantastisk atomosfære og mat! Vi tenker oss en tur til London i April… så nå lurte jeg på da vet du… har du et forslag til resturant på nivå med Hakkasan, har jo vært der og kunne tenkt oss noe annet denne gangen…. Liker det meste av mat, men ønsker oss en opplevelse noe litt mer unikt! Ahh… gleder oss til å komme tilbake til London, litt misunnelig på deg som bor der altså!

I had a few questions for you;
Do you wear your magenta oscar de la renta tassel earrings? They are so beautiful, I have been thinking of getting a pair in white but I would love to see how you wear yours first! (I am not used to wearing earrings that big but I might make an exception for these)
Also, where did you get your coral maxi skirt? I have been looking for something like that with not much luck. It looks so feminine and pretty on you though. Do you have any ideas where to find something similar?

Just a small note to tell you that I actually ordered a pair of Yosi Samras after your last post about them – I got them today, and they are incredible comfortable! I normally only wear Repetto ballerinas because other ballerinas tend to be too stiff for my ancles, but the Samuras are now a hit with me (as well). So, thank you for the great idea!

Bloch shoes are very comfortable and easy to move in! I haven’t tried their regular shoes, but I own several of their dance shoes (I was familiar with them as one of the big dance shoe companies).
HI Celina, I will be going to London, Paris, Switzerland this summer, you mentioned prices are better. I was actually wondering about that!!! what labels are best to buy in Paris or London or which are the same? I’m looking at Prada and Hermes I think , but maybe will check out Chanel too. And can you give an example of a price difference? What brands are better to get in one place over the other? Thank you! How does it work in terms of the train/ flights for bringing back the items? Do you have to claim them/how much do you get taxed at the airport? what if you’re only going to Paris for two days how much can you bring back? I’d love to know where to plan out the shopping. You got Hermes at the airport in London, are they better prices too? I’m flying into Glasgow
Whoa, he he. Well, I recommend buying French brands in France, and English brands in England. I don’t have a price example for you, but if you have particular items in mind you can google it :) As for tax refund you ask for a refund form when purchasing, and then you bring the papers to a desk at the airport upon departure from EU. The percentage of tax refund varies between the different countries – again, google will tell you :) Anything bought att the airport is tax free so of course it’s great ;) Sounds like you’re planning a really great trip, have a lovely time! xx
