How are you lovlies? I slept so badly last night so I was in the need of some serious vitamin boost. In true juice shop style I named it something ridiculous, “Very Berry Beach Bomb – a Vitamin Explosion” :)
- Frozen berries. I used cherries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and currants.
- Fromage frais (you can use skyr or any other kind of yogurty cream cheese)
- 1 banana
- 10 g Linwoods “Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame Seeds and Goji Berries”.
I found this when I was in LA and I have been in love ever since! I bought one pack home with me, but I just had to order some more the other day because I use it every day. I won’t try to explain what it is as that is already done very thoroughly on Linwoods website, all I will say is that it’s a low carb super food with lots of nutrients which makes you feel better :) I use it in smoothies, with oatmeal, in pancakes.. just about anything really. It doesn’t taste anything, but it gives something more to chew on. LOVE!
