Hi everyone,
Today I’ve been running around in London’s streets sorting out stuff related to the move to London. Things take time. I can’t open a bank account before I have an utility bill, but it can take several months to get the first bill. It’s a really dumb system. Fortunately I managed to find a way around it :)

Tonight I’m going to a pub quiz which might be fun :) I’m thinking of doing another class of Bikram Yoga tomorrow although I’m still quite achy from Tuesday so I will have an early night.

Celina where is all this snow from London? :) It seems that the weater is quite spring over there :) I have to wear my bobble hat and thick scarf beacuse of seven degrees below zero…Have a fun tonight xx

Looks like it´s nice and sunny in London today, I was freezing my tushy off when I visited London last weekend!! Cant´t wait to go back in the spring though, London is such an amazing city! :-)

I totally understand what you mean. When my man & I moved to London two years ago, it took ages for us to get anything sorted – especially a bank account. Then I realized it was so much easier to set up a UK account from a same branch overseas – how odd. Loving all the photos, and your amazing wardrobe! Hope you’re loving London. x

That is such a great coat! and yes, the English system is a bit weird, my husband was always telling me to save all papers we ever got and I could not see the reason as we never use them in Scandinavia but he is used to the English system (although he is Australian)

Hei Celina! Veldig fin blogg, har fulgt deg en god stund nå. Så spennende det må være å bo i Londond! Det kunne jeg også tenke meg en gang. Var i London sist helg for å gå på konsert og vi fikk jo med oss den “heavy snow”en. Ikke sååå heavy syns jeg da, men litt morsomt med snø i London. Var på en fantastisk restaurant som jeg kan anbefale som heter Amaya – Indian bar & grill, den ligger i Knightsbrigde. Moderne indisk mat, med den tvist. Kjempe bra!

So, one cannot open an account if he/she does not officially reside there, right? I bet if one has millions, opening of a bank account would be no problem. A******s! I am glad yoga makes you feel well. I should start doing yoga, too.
It has nothing to do with how much you want to put in the account, it’s the system requirements of opening one before you can even start talking about how much you will be putting in. Yoga is amazing for both body and soul :)

Husker vi hadde masse trøbbel med det bankgreiene i Australia også. Når det gjaldt telefonnummer også. Men det ordner seg alltid tilslutt! (…heldigvis!)

I love doing pub quizzes! My brother and I are so good at them.. We make a great team. We usually win at least second place when we go.. It is always so exciting to realize you know more information than you think
